President: Hālona Tanner, Psy.D.

Hālona Tanner, Psy.D. is from Waimānalo and works as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in private practice. He graduated from Punahou School, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Hawai‘i, and he holds a Doctorate degree in Psychology from Argosy University. Hālona serves as the President of the Board of Directors and is actively engaged in activities and education programs that focus on the Hawaiian art of canoe sailing and non-instrument navigation. 



Vice President/Treasurer: Robert Kealohapumehana Domingo

Robert Kealoha Domingo is an active member of  Ke Kula `o Samuel M. Kamakau and severs as the Vice President/Treasurer of the Board of Directors. He graduated from Kamehameha Schools and studied under John Keola Lake, kumu hula, kahuna, and cultural expert. Kealoha has spent 15 years under the tutelage of Daniel Kawaiaea and the Council of Chiefs of Nā Papa Kānaka o Pu‘ukoholā Heiau, a group devoted to perpetuating traditional Hawaiian customs. 



Secretary: Angela Hiʻilei Kawelo

Angela Hi‘ilei Kawelo is from Kahaluʻu and currently works as the Executive Director of Paepae o Heʻeia, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization responsible for managing and serving an 88-acre traditional Hawaiian fishpond with the vision of perpetuating a foundation of cultural sustainability for the ‘ohana of Hawai‘i through education. She graduated from Punahou School and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in zoology from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. Hiʻilei currently severs as the organization's Secretary of the Board of Directors.
